Return Policy

Perm strives to meet the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

Returns
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery.

  • The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition.

If we determine that your item(s) do not meet the above criteria, we have the right to refuse your eligibility for return, and therefore, your refund or exchange.

Once item(s) are inspected and approved, you can return it to us. You must have confirmation of an approved return from [email protected] in order for us to process the return. We are not responsible for the risk of damage or loss during the Return Process. The customer is responsible to return the item(s) to the address provided during the Return Process and must pay for any additional shipping + duty fees that occur.

Refunds
Once item(s) are received, inspected, and approved, an email will be sent to you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
You may choose to exchange your item(s) for sizing needs.
Please note that Perm releases limited quantities and does not restock items. Exchanges can be made while supplies last. If a request for exchange is rejected due to lack of stock, you will be compensated with a refund instead.
